This unit was tested by our technicians and was found to be 90% functional. I can personally atest to the following:

>> the keyboard is in great shape. no missing or worn buttons.
>> the screen is free of cracks or scratches. It does have 3 indentations (like it was pressed to hard with a stylus).
>> their are no extreme blemshing of the external case (ie. does look like it was run over by a fork truck!)

Here is what our technicians tested:

>> The battery will hold a charge for at least two hours (it may go longer)
>> The unit PASSED the display test (no dead pixels)
>> The unit PASSED the keypad test (all keys work)
>> The unit PASSED the LED test (all LED indicators work)
>> The unit PASSED the sound test (speaker works)
>> The unit was able to see the nearby Access Point
>> The unit received an IP address via DHCP
>> The unit was able to browse the Internet via Internet Explorer
>> The touch screen does not work :-(
>> The Infra-red scan beam does not appear to function :-(
